History
Ege University Faculty of Agriculture Department of Soil Science and Plant Nutrition was established in 1958. In 1982, YÖK (Concil of Higher Education) rearranged the Plant Nutrition and Soil Departments as a new department under the name of Soil Department. Prof. Dr. Sezai DELİBACAK is currently the Head of Soil Science and Plant Nutrition Department.
